ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

PROCESSING TIME: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days once payment is confirmed.
CUSTOM ORDERS: Custom and pre-order items may require 7–15 business days for preparation before shipping.
ORDER CONFIRMATION: You’ll receive a confirmation email after placing your order. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details to monitor your delivery.
CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS: Requests for order changes or cancellations must be made within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase. After processing or shipment, we’re unable to modify or cancel orders.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: We ship across the U.S. using trusted carriers. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. We ship to the UK as well. Standard delivery typically takes 5-10 business days after dispatch.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Available worldwide! Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.
ORDER TRACKING: Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow *24 hours* for tracking to update.
LOST OR STOLEN ORDERS: Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, NKB Extensions is not responsible for loss or theft. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS:

Your satisfaction is always our top priority.
Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions, we can only accept returns on UNOPENED AND UNUSED ITEMS.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY:
 

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • You must contact us within five (5) days of delivery.

• A return authorization must be approved by our customer service team.

REFUNDS:
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–15 business days.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

• Opened, worn, or altered extensions
• Custom or pre-order products
• Sale or clearance items

EXCHANGES:
If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please contact us within five (5) days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll ensure a quick and friendly resolution.

PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION: We highly recommend professional installation and removal for best results.
AVAILABILITY: Product styles and availability may change without notice. If an item is out of stock, we’ll notify you and offer an alternative or refund promptly.
